1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ideato100 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Ideato100 is an AI-powered idea validation platform that helps entrepreneurs and founders:

  • Analyze business ideas using artificial intelligence.
  • Discover potential leads from public platforms (Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, App Store, Play Store).
  • Score and rank leads based on relevance and buying intent.
  • Create waitlist pages to collect early interest.
  • Explore competitor apps in the App Store and Play Store.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plans

Ideato100 offers the following plans:

  • Free: Limited to 1 idea and 10 leads per scan.
  • Starter ($29/month): Up to 5 ideas and 100 leads per scan.
  • Pro ($79/month): Unlimited ideas and 500 leads per scan.

4.2 Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of payment for unused services.

4.3 Free Trial

The Free plan is available indefinitely. No credit card is required.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass any individuals.
  • Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Reddit, X, etc.).
  • Collect personal data for unauthorized purposes.
  • Impersonate other people or organizations.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
  • Use automated bots to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all ideas, content, and data you submit to Ideato100. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (AI analysis, lead scanning, etc.).

6.2 Our Content

The Ideato100 platform, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated analyses, is owned by Ideato100. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

7. Lead Data & Public Information

Ideato100 scans publicly available content from platforms including Reddit, Hacker News, Product Hunt, App Store, and Play Store. This data is publicly accessible and not behind any authentication barriers.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms where leads were found. We encourage respectful, non-spammy outreach practices.

8. AI-Generated Content

Ideato100 uses artificial intelligence to analyze ideas, score leads, and generate insights. AI outputs are provided as recommendations and should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideato100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Loss of data or goodwill.
  • Inability to access the Service.
  • Actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that lead data will be accurate or up-to-date.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
